# Connected Psychiatric Care

> Connected Psychiatric Care is a California psychiatric practice that provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing mental health treatment for patients 13 and older, entirely by secure telehealth. Care is provided by a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
